• How long does your delivery takes?

    Our delivery usually takes about 3-5 working days for small items and 5 – 7 working days for bulky items. In case the item is out of stock, delivery will takes about 10 – 14 days.

  • Can I choose the delivery date?

    Sorry you can’t choose the specific delivery date, however we do allow customer to leave their preferred delivery days in the remark and will try to arrange according to your preference.

  • Do you deliver overseas?

    Yes we do delivery overseas. Please contact our customer service at for oversea orders.

  • What are the delivery charges?

    Our delivery charges for small items will be $3.90, item weight more than 5 kg will be $20, item weight more than 15kg will be $40.

  • Can I request for staircase delivery?

    Yes, we do offer staircase delivery for bulky items such as treadmill and massage chair. The rates are stated on the product page for staircase delivery.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    For small item it takes about 2-3 working days, bulky items 3-5 working days.

  • How do I track my order?

    You will be given a tracking number for your order to track your order, for bulky items you may contact us for order status.

  • Can I pay Cash On Delivery?

    We only accept Cash On Delivery for items that cost more than $200 individually.

  • Can help to dispose my old machine?

    Yes, we do help to dispose old machine, however there will be extra charges of $100 needed for disposal of bulky items.


  • How long is the warranty?

    We offer 1 year warranty for our treadmill and massage chairs that is being purchased directly from website.

  • What does the warranty covers?

    Treadmill and massage chair warranty covers 1 year for motor and 1 month for parts.

  • What if I need maintenance after warranty period? What are the charges?

    You may contact us through our website, email or phone number to arrange for the maintenance service. Basic charge will be $40. You may visit our Technical Support page for the list of our maintenance service and charges.

  • Do I need to register the warranty?

    You are not required to register for warranty, simply show us your receipt to claim the warranty.

  • Do you provide on-site warranty or carry-in warranty?

    We provide on-site warranty for bulky items and carry-in warranty for small to medium items.

  • Do you offer warranty card?

    We do not offer warranty card, the warranty period of the product will be indicated on the receipt.


  • Do you have installment?

    We do not provide installment. However you can use the auto-installment service provided by all major credit cards.

  • Do you accept trade in?

    We only accept trade in for treadmill or massage chair that are in good working condition and was previously purchased from our store.

  • What are the available payment methods?

    We accept Credit Card ( Master / Visa / American Express / Discover / JCB ) , Debit Card and Cash On Delivery ( For item that cost more than $250 only ).

  • What if I do not have a PayPal account?

    You do not need a PayPal account to make the payment, all you need is a credit card or debit card.

    Most of our goods are come from China.

    We have been in the market for more than 4 years, was previously under the company of Pepu Online Pte. Ltd. and was passed over to Twin H Pte. Ltd in the year of 2018.

  • What are the repair charges?

    Our basic transportation and labor cost will be $40 for the first 30 mins and $20 for every subsequent 30 mins. Replacement of spare parts will be charge accordingly when needed.

    Opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday 12pm – 7pm Closed on every Monday, Thursday and Public Holidays

    Our treadmill will last for at least 5 – 7 years with proper usage and maintenance.
